What must I do to be saved?

Hear
“Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”  Luke 11:28

“Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is
heard through the word of Christ.” Romans 10:17


Believe
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone Be Baptized
who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards
those who earnestly seek him.”  Hebrews 11:6

“Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does
not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed
in the name of God’s one and only Son.”  John 3:18


Repent
“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped
out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.” Acts 3:19

“But unless you repent, you too will all perish.” Luke 13:3


Confess
“That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe
in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be
saved.” Romans 10:9

“Simon Peter answered, ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living
God.” Matthew 16:16

Be Baptized
“Peter replied, ‘Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the
name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will
receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:38

“Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever
does not believe will be condemned.” Mark 16:16
